HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?

We carry out valuation projects for private landlords, investors, developers, public sector entities and financial institutions. Our local market and financial knowledge enables us to provide a professional estimate for your commercial or residential real estate assets.

We apply the relevant standards to all of our valuations. These include, but are not limited to, the Charter for Real Estate Valuation in accordance with European valuation standards TEGoVA, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Valuation Standards (Red Book) in the U.K & Ireland and specific standards such as required for German HypZert valuations.

All members of our Professional Services Department are either Chartered Surveyors or are currently enrolled in the APC programme to become chartered. All of our Chartered Surveyors are Registered Valuers and members of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). In addition, all of our Surveyors hold licences for the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA).
