ACQUISITION
Sky is part of the Comcast NBC Universal group of media companies and their retail stores are one their most important interfaces with their customers.
The ‘Access all Areas’ project was conceived by Sky to transform their retail portfolio and move away from move from mid mall retailing into inline spaces. It is a complete re-imagination of how Sky’s extraordinary content and products are presented. The brief was to create a unique, market leading and innovative retail concept, connecting Sky and its customers and amplifying the brand experience within striking and highly immersive retail environments.
Sky selected BNP Paribas Real Estate to manage this process and to identify and secure for them the right stores in the very best retail locations throughout Ireland.
In Q1 2022 the first 4 stores in this new roll out will open in Blanchardstown, Dundrum, Cork and Limerick, all successfully acquired by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
