FORWARD FUNDING
BNPPRE advised Union Investment on a 262-bedroom Premier Inn hotel site in the Dublin North Docklands as part of a €70m forward funding deal with Glenveagh Properties. The new build will be Premier Inn’s largest Dublin hotel and constructed over 9 floors with a gross floor area of 9,644 sq m. The entire hotel is pre-let to Premier Inn/Whitbread. The hotel is part of a wider mixed-use development at Castleforbes, which also includes 1,256 apartments and 12,000 sq m of office space. The transaction completed in June 2021 and the Premier Inn property will be delivered in Q3 2023.
