BNP Paribas Real Estate leased the 4th & 5th floors of One Warrington Place, Dublin 2 in July 2020 to global pharmaceutical company Regeneron, who have taken a 6-year sublease on both floors. The floors extend to 1,267 sq.m of fully fitted Grade A office space. The Henry J Lyons designed building occupies a prominent position overlooking the Grand Canal at the junction of Mount Street Lower and Warrington Place.
