ACQUISITION
BNP Paribas Real Estate provided a market advisory role to private equity client LCN Capital Partners on their purchase of the new headquarter offices for Flutter Entertainment plc (formerly Paddy Power Betfair), located at Buildings 1-3, Founders District, Dublin 4. LCN Capital Partners acquired the investment from US based investor and developer, Spear Street Capital at a price of €97.5 million.
Founders District is situated adjacent to University College Dublin (UCD), only 4km to Saint Stephens Green (city centre) and 2km to Ballsbridge. Flutter Entertainment plc occupy 15,329 sq.m. of offices and 400 car parking spaces under a new 20 year FRI lease with 13.5 years term certain.
