BNP Paribas Real Estate advised our client, an Irish institutional property fund, in a new letting at 84 Grafton Street on Ireland’s premier high street shopping location. The premises with 400 sq m of retail space over two trading levels is currently being fitted out by the Canadian lifestyle athleisure brand, Lululemon and will be their first stand-alone in Ireland when it opens in December 2021.
