After the successful acquisition of this property, BNPPRE again advised our client NEIF 2 on it’s exit. The transaction completed in December 2021 after an exhaustive and competitive marketing campaign. Deka emerged as the eventual purchaser paying a record yield for this office investment in the current cycle.
