BNP Paribas Real Estate, successfully let 2 GPO Buildings a prime Dublin city centre retail premises to Pandora, the Danish jewellery retailer in 2016. On the fifth anniversary of the lease in 2021, BNP Paribas Real Estate negotiated the first rent review of the 172 sq m premises. On behalf of the owners, a leading Irish institutional pension fund, BNP Paribas real Estate also successfully leased the immediately adjoining unit to Hotel Chocolate for their first Dublin city centre retail outlet.
